Are you an organised, proactive, and people-loving individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? German Autoworks is an upmarket vehicle service and repair Company based in Salt River, Cape Town. We’re looking for an **Office Coordinator** to join our team and be the heartbeat of our office
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is neat, functional, and welcoming
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and accurately take minutes
- Assist with planning and coordinating office events or hospitality needs
- Liaise with service providers and manage office maintenance tasks
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day coordination and staff support
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Take initiative to identify and solve problems before they arise
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, approachable, and caring personality
- Hospitality or customer service background is a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and go the extra mile
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic office systems and software
- A calm, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
**Salary range**: R15,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
