The digital content administrator will report to the manager business information.
Job overview
The digital content manager will be responsible to ensure that the website and social media information content meets the marketing strategic objectives, and the design architecture guidelines. The website and social media platforms serve as the shopfront for the organisation, and as such needs to be complete, up to date and maintained to the highest quality standards. The content quality needs to ensure that members, prospective members, and other stakeholders are thoroughly impressed. This standard needs to follow through across all social media platforms.
Responsibilities and duties
**The responsibilities and duties of this job includes**:
Track and report the content completeness, quality level and customer response (performance) of all components of the website and other chamber social media platforms (community engagement across social media platforms).
Plan, source and develop the content as required by the strategy and design specifications.
Identify the best expert partners to provide content for our website and social media platforms. Build ongoing relationship and develop an information content supplier network.
Creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost membership sales.
Social media campaigns and content plan (including copy, imagery and tagging of partners).
Make recommendations for improvement in content completeness, quality level and customer response (performance) of all components of the website and other platforms.
Make recommendations for strengthening the information content supplier network.
Qualifications/skills required
**The following skills are required**:
Two years’ experience in editing website/online content.
Two years’ experience in digital marketing including design, community engagement, SEO, social media management tools and analytics.
Two years’ experience relating to building networks of businesses.
Interpersonal skills to develop and grow expert information content supplier network.
Infographics and dashboarding skills would be a clear differentiator.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Passionate about data, data analysis and marketing.
Self-motivated and work ethic to work unsupervised to achieve the objectives and targets.
Deadline-driven whilst maintaining quality standards of service and delivery
MS office proficient.
