Job description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Manage accounts payable and ensure compliance with company policies
- Cashbooks & Receipting
- Maintain and update account records, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on creditor balances and outstanding payments
- Maintain organized **financial filing systems** (digital and/or physical)
- Ability to assist and manage the month end process.
- Monitor supplier agreements and manage negotiations as needed
- Assist with reviews related to creditors and procurement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Creditors Clerk**, with at least 4 years in a similar role
- Must Have Proficiency with accounting software (Pastel) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- HIGH Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively.
- Deadline and data driven.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: R14 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
