Warehouse Admin and Invoicing Clerk

- General administration for the warehouse, including: Daily invoicing, POD’S ‘’proof of delivery’’ for all deliveries, Transfers and assembling of stock
- Capturing of stock received
- Assisting the warehouse staff with picking slips and stock allocations.
- Assisting with receiving of deliveries and communication with procurement
- Participates in stock counts.
- Perform any reasonable duties as requested by management.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment with regards to housekeeping.
- Work weekends and extra hours as and when required.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Speak, read and write English.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good with figures, capturing data and reporting.
- 2- 3 years’ experience in similar position.
- Must be computer literate with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Accpac an advantage.
