Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences? Join the dynamic team at _Host Agents_ as a **Guest Experience Agent**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reservation Management**
- Process and manage guest bookings via a shared mailbox
- Confirm reservations and handle payment follow-ups
- Prevent cancellations by monitoring and addressing unpaid bookings within 48 hours

**Platform & Listing Coordination**
- Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and optimized

**Guest & Agent Communication**
- Respond to enquiries from guests and agents professionally and promptly

**Property Knowledge**
- Build detailed knowledge of all listed properties - from amenities to location and policies
- Use this knowledge to guide and assist guests effectively

**Follow-Ups**
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries to improve booking conversions

**What You’ll Need**:

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A customer-first attitude and strong communication abilities
- Experience in hospitality or guest services (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence using booking platforms and communication tools

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
