The purpose of the role is to present Sectional Title units to prospective tenants and deliver documents as and when required.

**Facilitate the viewing of the units.**

1. Check the vacancy list.
2. Ensure that the keys for the vacant units are available.
3. Ensure that the units are acceptable for occupation in terms of your own standards of acceptability. Where the occupation dates are future dated, ensure that a job card has been registered and take a copy of the job card to the viewing.
4. Confirm appointments with tenants.
5. Take the prospective tenants to view the units.
6. Advise the tenants of the amenities that are available in the surrounding areas.
7. Complete the viewing form and submit to the Operations Manager.
9. Deliver a high standard of Customer Service, striving for Customer Service excellence.
10. Communicating with Tenants whose leases are coming up for renewal or who have given notice to vacate.
11. Negotiating with Tenants to renew leases and retain business.
12. Building positive relationships with Tenants.
13. To assist the leasing team as required with leads, administration, and other tasks as necessary.
14. Any other reasonable duties expected when required.

**Ensure effective Time Management on delivering of documentation.**

1. Complete Time Sheets on a daily basis.
2. Deliver letters of arears / statements / other documents within 24 (twenty-four) hours after receiving same.

**Provide information regarding Clients versus deals done.**

1. Receive and submit Tenant viewing forms for feedback on apartments.
2. Ensure a polite and professional attitude towards customers.
3. Use proper Cellphone etiquette and ensure availability at all times.

**Maintain the Company vehicle.**

1. Keep vehicle neat and tidy at all times.
2. Report any problems or damages of the vehicle to the Fleet Manager.
3. Adhere to Company Vehicle Policy regarding abuse, speed limits etc.

**Working conditions**:
Regular work on weekends required.
Office Based with regular travelling will be required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
1. Matric qualification required.
2. 1-2 years’ experience in leasing required.
3. Code 08 Driver License required.

**Skills & Knowledge Required**:
1. MS Office:

c. MS Office -Advanced
2. understanding of the leasing contracts required.
