Our award-winning **Microsoft Security Practice is growing **and we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security Consultant to join our team, and work on a variety of transformational projects, to protect customers with solutions such as **Microsoft 365 Defender, Entra, Intune, Purview, and Priva.** This role will be remotely based in South Africa, working with clients predominently located in Ireland and UK. This role is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude, and with **experience in securing Microsoft cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments.** **Technology focus**: Your primary focus will be to work with solutions which deal with: - Threat Protection (Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Defender for Cloud) - Information Protection (Purview / Microsoft Information Protection, Office 365 Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Office 365 Advanced Security Management) - Identity and Access Management (Azure Active Directory) - Device Control (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) - Security Management (Microsoft Defender XDR, Office 365 Compliance Centre, and Microsoft Sentinel). **Responsibilities**: In this role you will be involved in varied security projects including design and delivery. Your main responsibility will be to support Microsoft Security Solutions and workloads with **full design, consultancy, deployment, management and support** - Execute the design, deployment, troubleshooting and system integration - Work on POC and production deployments - Provide 2nd level technical support to clients - Assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities - Contribute to the development of new Microsoft services - Participate in the analysis of contributory technologies (value add to Microsoft) **Skills and experience relevant for the role** - Relevant experience in deployment and technical support of Microsoft security solutions, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Relevant qualification: MS-500 or AZ-500, MS-101, MS-100, SC-100.
