Our Client in the Apparel Industry is seeking a S
**enior Account Executive** to be based in Durban North.

They are looking for a resilient, efficient and influential individual with a compelling commercial flair, to add strategic value to the business by being responsible for the increase of sales of both knitwear and wovens within our business.
- Qualifications
- Matric
- National Diploma in Clothing Production or similar
- Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, of which 5 years are at a management level working with multiple retailers.
- Previous planning managerial experience to understand the inner workings and production strategies and philosophes of a business
- Experience working in cross functional initiatives.
- Previous experience in leading a team.
- Experience in implementing strategic interventions in a rapidly changing global and local context.
- Import fabric knowledge.
- People Skills
- The ability to influence across various levels and functions within the business.
- Effective communication across at levels
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Resilience, tenacity and be able to maintain a high level of drive and initiative under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, people management, team management and leadership skills through coaching and mentorship.
