**What You’ll Need**

- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Completed **N2 — Tractor Mechanic**
- 3-5 years’ experience turning wrenches like a pro
- A sharp eye for detail — precise, thorough, accurate
- A mindset that always looks for ways to add value
- Clear criminal record
- A team-first attitude

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Putting together spot-on quotations that match customer needs
- Servicing, repairing, and overhauling agricultural equipment (tractors, implements & more)
- Keeping your paperwork as clean as your best toolbox — all according to VKB procedures
- Playing it safe: sticking to all Health & Safety rules
- Building solid relationships with customers and suppliers
- Handling guarantee claims like a champ
- Sharing your knowledge — mentoring others and living the VKB values
- Cross-marketing awesome VKB products and promotions
- Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and clients
- Tackling daily ad hoc tasks with a smile
