**About the Team**:
The SSA Community team onboard, engage and reward upcoming creators through scaled programming, education and events. Working closely with various departments at TikTok, the SSA Community team are committed to celebrating diverse creators.

The SSA Community Team are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a positive impact on the content performance of our creator community. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of creators and developing strategies, and organizing regular activities that foster engagement and strengthen our relationships with our creators. You will work closely with the global team to deliver in-app regionalized Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to celebrate creators from underrepresented communities and provide them with rewards and recognition. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, including legal, trust and safety, communications, government relations, and social media and marketing.
- Develop a strategy for building and maintaining a portfolio of creators.
- Build programs, events, and activities that will drive increased content performance.
- Maintain relationships with creators and key cultural individuals.
- Serve as a point of contact for creators, helping them with strategy support and education.
- Be an ambassador for creators, championing their success inside and outside the business.
- Deliver impactful educational programs, virtually and in person.
- Strive to improve our external communications to creators via newsletters and messaging.
- Attend relevant creator events and represent the team to build strong relationships within the wider industry.
- Build and promote cross-functional relationships within the company.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Diversity and Inclusion projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working with creators.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content strategy.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok content.
- Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with PR and media relations is an advantage.
