- Attending trials and motions with Counsel in the High Court.
- Assisting Counsel in all aspects of trial
- and motion preparation.
- Attending consultations with clients and Counsel.
- Service and filing of documents at the Magistrate’s Court and High Court.

Civil and Commercial litigation which will include amongst others:

- Partnership, Sale of business, Sale of shares, Shareholder’s, Sale of member’s interest agreements etc.
- Lease, Sale of property agreements.
- General power of attorney.
- Compliance with applicable legislation.
- Building contracts
- Administration of deceased estates.

Family law matters which includes:

- Children’s Court proceedings.
- Domestic violence interdicts.
- Division of matrimonial estates.
- Surrogate motherhood agreements.
- Cohabitation agreements.
- Parental plan agreements.
- Contact rights disputes.
- Anti-nuptial contracts.
- Partnership agreement.
- Correspondent work.

Criminal law matters which include:

- Criminal trials and court appearances.
- Harassment interdicts.
- Specialized Crimes Court matters.
- Appeals, Reviews, Petitions, Expert opinions.
- Plea and sentence agreements.
- Alternative dispute resolutions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- 1st year Article Clerk with right of appearance
- Fluent in English (read, write and speak)
- Own vehicle
