**Job Description**:
The Project Administrator, in conjunction with the Project Manager, will be responsible to plan and schedule audits, testing and reporting for customers in accordance with the project procedures.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Schedule Hygiene audits and testing program for Sub-Sahara Africa:

- Schedule all audits in an on-line platform
- Schedule Auditors and manage their travel
- Travel arrangements
- Schedule courier services for collection of samples and delivery to laboratory
- Report coordination
- Schedule technical review
- Prepare invoicing instructions
- Administer new clients in accordance with relevant GSP and GPP procedures.
- Plan audits to ensure that monthly budgets are met.
- Plan Assessments/Renewal and Surveillance visits over a 3-year period as per procedures.
- Informing the project manager and client of any changes to the schedule immediately.
- Log and react to client queries and complaints.
- Weekly / Monthly reporting to the Project Manager
- Drawing up of audit plans and ensuring that it is submitted to the client on time
- React promptly to client enquiries and ensure service excellence

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- National Senior Certificate (Matric Grade 12)

**Experience**
- Min 5 years planning / scheduling administrative experience.
- Strong service industry background with small team involvement.
- Client and supplier liaison.
- Operational experience in a procedural, KPI driven operation.
- Auditing administration background advantageous.
