The main purpose of this role is to manage the digital and social media platforms, increase traffic and followers across all platforms, set up and manage paid-for campaigns to drive and generate leads as well as support all other marketing initiatives as per the organisation’s strategy.
Work with the head of marketing and communications to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to support organisational objectives.
Strategise and implement a diverse range of digital marketing campaigns from basic SEO-related tasks such as keyword identification to overseeing design creatives for display and paid social media campaigns.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver creative marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for radio, TV, print and outdoor media.
Secure advertising space.
Manage all social media channels, content and calendar, including sourcing content, writing engaging copy, briefing designer, overseeing design and video assets, and compiling social calendar.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral including printed brochures, flyers and pamphlets.
Co-ordinate, draft and distribute the internal monthly staff newsletter.
Coordinate media and stakeholder events, including logistics, supplier management, quotes, catering, AV/Audio, branding, gifts/ merchandise, invitations, RSVPs and stakeholder engagement.
Assist with writing engaging content for the Foundation’s marketing and communications materials including press releases, calendar, and the annual review.
Liaise with media to build relationships, answer media queries, secure interviews and media coverage for the Foundation.
Update media lists and influencer lists.
Source quotes and negotiate discounts/ in-kind support from various suppliers.
Create weekly and monthly reports tracking performance of all campaigns, social and traditional media performance.
Monitor performance against set metrics, analyse data, and recommend strategies for improvement (engagement, lead generation and conversions).
Manage the website including updating, editing, and refreshing the website as needed; use strategic tools as needed to drive traffic, secure leads, and conversions.
Oversee and coordinate all branding and production requirements.
Ensuring all marketing and communications are consistent in tone and adhere to the Foundation’s CI and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or related field
Minimum of two years of marketing experience.
Must have strong organisational and project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must have strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports.
Must have a high level of creativity.
Occasional travel may be required.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with SharePoint, Google Analytics, Everlytic, and HootSuite would be beneficial.
