**Job Purpose**:
Leading a team primarily responsible for the handling and storage of Oil products. Responsible for the day-to-day management of staff within the Oil Warehouse function, to ensure that the company’s targets and objectives are met and to meet the customer requirements. Ensure that the staff comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Preferred BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse management or Business Administration, alternatively Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse management from a recognised institution.
- Experience in the automotive industry would be preferred.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data, with strength in Excel.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Demonstrated experience of managing warehouse staff and operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a diverse team positively.
- Previous demonstrated management experience with the ability to manage and motivate others (min 3 years supervisory experience).
- Previous demonstrated experience of inventory control.
- A full understanding of the requirements of managing a warehouse, such as health and safety and security requirements.
- A full understanding of ISO standards (Specifically ISO 45001 and ISO 9001).
- Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices.
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and database management where appropriate.
- Forklift Truck license is required.
