Personal Shopper

**Job Overview**: The Personal Shopper will be responsible for providing personalized shopping assistance to clients, understanding their preferences, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves staying updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and building strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences, style, and shopping needs.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to build strong client relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product features, and inventory.
- Provide expert advice on clothing, accessories, and other items based on client preferences.
- **Personal Shopping Services**:

- Assist clients in selecting clothing, accessories, and other items according to their style and requirements.
- Offer recommendations and alternatives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure availability of preferred products.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.
- **Styling and Coordination**:

- Create stylish and cohesive outfits for clients, considering their preferences and occasions.
- Provide guidance on accessories and complementary items to complete the look.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Resolve issues to ensure a positive and satisfactory shopping experience.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Actively promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and recommend additional items to enhance the shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in personal shopping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Education**: A high school diploma is required. Additional certifications or courses in fashion and styling may be an advantage.

**Working Conditions**: This role may involve working in retail environments, department stores, or boutique settings. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
