With a focus on customer service and product knowledge, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities**:
Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and recommend products or services
Actively promote and upsell products to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store
Maintain a tidy and organised sales area, ensuring products are well-presented and easily accessible for customers
Process customer payments and handle sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals, sharing product knowledge and supporting each other in delivering exceptional customer service
**Requirements**:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented approach
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
