You are to pepare dough and batters which involves following recipes to combine ingredients like flour, yeast, sugar, and other components to create the desired dough or batter for various baked goods.

You must shape and proof as dough needs to be shaped into the desired forms (like loaves of bread, rolls, or pastries) and then allowed to rise or proof in a warm environment before baking.

You must keep track of ingredients and finished product and ensure proper storage. plies.

You are to maintain clean and organized workspace, including cleaning baking equipment and utensils.

You may need to work during off-hours which means working when the bakery is closed to the public, allowing for a focused and uninterrupted baking process.

In some cases you may be involved in product development, creating new recipes or adapting existing ones. They also ensure the overall quality of the baked goods they produce.
