**Responsibilities**
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy) for financial and company records.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with clients.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Administrator/Bookkeeper role.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
**Required Skills**:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
