**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Brand & Campaign Manager** to drive brand visibility, awareness, and reputation across all platforms. This is a strategic and execution-focused role — **you will not be doing design work yourself**, but rather overseeing it and ensuring campaigns are aligned, effective, and measurable.

**Your Mission**

Grow the Procom brand into a household name by:

- Defining and maintaining our brand identity
- Planning and executing monthly multi-channel campaigns
- Managing outsourced designers, writers, and media partners
- Coordinating with sales and support teams to align marketing with business goals
- Tracking campaign performance and constantly improving ROI

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Growth & Management**:

- Lead brand strategy, tone, and message across all channels
- Ensure consistency in communication and branding assets
- **Campaign Planning**:

- Design and manage strategic monthly campaigns (digital and offline)
- Coordinate the briefing and feedback cycle with external design partners
- Align campaigns with sales goals, promotions, and key company events
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop content calendars, write captions, and schedule posts
- Engage with followers and manage our online community presence
- Oversee creative execution and storytelling for platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram)
- Segment audiences and optimize open/click-through rates
- Use tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns
- **Website & SEO Oversight**:

- Keep website messaging fresh and aligned with current campaigns
- Coordinate blog posts, updates, and SEO enhancements
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Report on performance and provide actionable improvement strategies

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong understanding of **branding, campaign strategy**, and marketing execution
- Confident managing **external designers and creative agencies**:

- Excellent writing skills (headlines, captions, campaign copy)
- Skilled with marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Good understanding of digital channels and their strengths
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to drive multiple campaigns at once

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in the ICT or tech sector
- Familiarity with Zoho One suite
- Basic design or video editing knowledge (not required, but useful)
- Experience managing PR or partnerships
