**Your mission**:

- Manage and monitor departmental health, safety, environmental and quality aspects.
- Ensuring sound and effective financial management.
- Building solid customer and supplier relationships.
- Developing operational dispatch plans aligned to strategic objectives of the Finishing BU.
- Display a passion for performance, maintain and improve practices and systems to realize organizational goals.
- Dispatch specific support in planning, delivering and controlling of departmental targets.
- Business Improvement initiation and implementation.
- Effective and efficient reporting to enable strategic decision-making.
- Effective people management.
- Logistics and operational planning.
- Working knowledge of production process.
- Proficient with MS Office, MIS, SAP, Shop floor and Voyager programs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Sound Interpersonal skills.
- Diagnostic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Mill Safety Standards (Polices & Procedures), OSH Act and ISO systems.
- Continuous improvement acumen.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations / Production qualification.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in logistics in a specialist, supervisor or senior role with specific reference to the related leadership competencies within a heavy manufacturing environment in the Pulp and Paper industry.
