**Job Overview**:
Our client is on the lookout for a **tech-savvy, target-driven Sales & Customer Success Specialist** to help grow their footprint in the **IT managed services and infrastructure solutions** space. If you have experience selling to businesses and understand how tech can solve real operational challenges, this could be the ideal role for you.

You’ll work with clients across sectors — from SMEs to corporates — helping them modernise and secure their IT environments with cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and close new business opportunities for IT managed services, cloud platforms, and infrastructure solutions
- Conduct client needs analysis and present solutions that are practical and value-adding
- Lead product demos and presentations tailored to South African business needs
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (IT Managers, CIOs, Ops Managers, etc.)
- Work hand-in-hand with internal technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Maintain accurate records of your pipeline and activities using CRM software
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least **2 years’ experience in B2B IT or tech sales**:

- Solid understanding of **managed IT services, cloud (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure), or networking/infrastructure**:

- Proven ability to match client pain points with practical tech solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter who is proactive, accountable, and hungry to succeed
- Able to work well independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- A relevant diploma or degree in IT, Business, or Sales is a plus — but not essential
- Familiarity with tools like **HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM**:

- Basic understanding of **ITIL**, cybersecurity, or infrastructure trends in the local market
- Existing professional network in the ICT or B2B services space
