**purpose**:
To identify Investment opportunities and grow the Bank’s deposit book by either analysing existing FNB clients’ requirement or by acquiring new clients. In addition, offerings customers Investment solutions with the aim of ensuring that FNB is the client’s primary banking institution.

**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification : Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting or Investment.
- FAIS Compliance for long and short term deposits, and registered at the Financial Services Board
- Experience : 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
- Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

**responsibilities**:

- Growth and manage regional deposit book. Achieve year on year Revenue Growth against budget as per the Financial Performance Report (FPR) of the business.
- Manage Rand value of losses due to calculation errors, interest claims and other errors. The loss is the total of all amounts written off reflected on the Financial Performance Report.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
- Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads through the network.
- Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information by fulfilling daily dealings with regions and customers on deals.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Successfully implement, track and report on Client Campaigns and initiatives Maximise cross sell opportunities through the identification of specialist investment requirements. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Manage and grow portfolio through proactive client contact. Ensure client retention and satisfaction levels Provide and track accurate and reliable sales statistics for the team Align sales and retention strategies to the Regions growth targets.
