The Customer Hub has been formed to work closely with the groups 20+ brands and our Loyalty team to drive true customer transformation across the organisation including the transformation of Direct Marketing. You will be forming, growing, and leading a team of Direct Marketing Specialists and your key deliverables will include:

- Drive CRM strategies and communication calendars to drive CRM KPIs with 22+ brands
- Be a centre of excellence for CRM and provide insights, recommendations and learnings across the entire portfolio of brands so brands can learn from each other and improve KPIs
- Manage a world class team to deliver the strategies developed by you and brands

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Co-create CRM strategies in conjunction with brands to deliver specific KPIs
- Co-create communication calendars to deliver these strategies and KPIs
- Develop in conjunction with the Customer Data, Analytics and Visualisation team build CRM dashboards and standard automated reporting
- Quarterly brand feedback on the success of their strategies
- Manage, train & motivate the decision support team and provide support where needed from a technical perspective
- Co-ordinate the delivery of bespoke customer selection models with the data scientist team
- Pre-Campaign: assist the team with pre-campaign requirements gathering and review briefs to ensure they are leveraging all the data that the business has access to. As well as conduct technical assessments
- Complex Campaigns: Co-ordinate key multi-brand campaigns across all stakeholders in the Group (e.g. Black Friday and Sale)
- Lead on new CRM tools/platform (Martech) delivery
- Lead on new channel roll out (e.g. Whatsapp)

**Skills, Competencies and Requirements**
- A customer focused mindset
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with marketing automation, BI, database marketing, IT, BA or product management and a minimum of 3 years leading a team
- CRM Experience
- Degree (Honours preferred) in Information Systems, BSc, Computer Science, Bcom, BBusScience
- Level of technical proficiency with specific attention to the ability to program in SAS and/or SQL
- Experience with data extraction, campaign fulfilment, business analysis, project management, optimisation and report automation highly beneficial
- Resilient - ability to drive initiatives forward even when faced with challenges
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and effective influencer
- You need to be flexible, resilient and have a high degree of emotional maturity as the environment is very dynamic and priorities can change
