Johannesburg, South Africa Training Force Full time

Inherent requirements:

- National Senior Certificate
- NQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in Office Administration and Management (including building management)
- Ability to speak at least 2 African languages

Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle

Preferred requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Constant attention to detail and accuracy
- Good teamwork ability / Achieving with others / Results focused
- Experience with planning and organizing of activities

Duties and Responsibilities:
Training Rooms and Head Office
- Ensure that the aesthetics of training rooms and call centers at Head Office are well taken care of
- Oversee learners at the Training Centre regarding:

- Signing of logbooks for learners hosted at the call center
- Assisting learners with printing of POE evidence
- Assist Project Coordinators and Project Managers with learner specific queries
- Ensure that the training centre is clean and ready for usage for the following day
- Checking of equipment morning and afternoon
- Manage the uploading of venue status (availability and bookings) onto the national calendar, as and when required
- Communicate venue availability to different stakeholders such as the Operations team and other internal stakeholders, as and when required
- Assist Project Coordinators and Project Managers with training schedule planning in terms of facilitator and venue availability
- Communicate with Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators in terms of training schedule planning and bookings, as and when required
- Source and oversee contracts and service providers regarding the physical aspects of the building
- Advise business on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
- Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive and preventative maintenance
- Planning ahead through forecasting the facilities upcoming

needs and requirements
- Oversee any renovations, refurbishments and building projects
- Conduct building inspections to determine the need for repairs or renovations

Employees
- Supervise staff reporting to the role
- Support Facilitators, Assessors, Internal Moderators and all stakeholders working at the Training Centre’s

Ad Hoc duties
- Capture bookings on the national training calendar
- Amend dates on the schedule as and when required
- Manage the Training Centre’s at Head Office (13 and 15 Wellington Road)
