Reporting to the Financial Manager, this position will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of all financial transactions of the company based on relevant accounting standards. Furthermore, the position will assist with the upkeep of the asset register and liaise with internal customers and suppliers as needed.

**Responsibilities/Tasks**:
**Creditors**:
Receive all creditor invoices.

Check invoices against approved PRF.

Capture invoices on Pastel Partner Accounting System.

Ensure correct GL allocation of invoices.

Ensure that Supplier invoices are valid in order to claim Vat.

Reconcile Supplier Ledgers and Supplier Statements.

Liaise with Suppliers regarding any queries, payments or credit notes.

Liaise with Procurement Officers regarding any Creditor payment queries.

Prepare all creditor payments as per Interfront SOC Ltd policies and procedures, and supplier credit terms.

**Customers**

Receive all invoice instructions

Check invoice instructions against approved work orders.

Create customer invoices on Pastel Partner

Maintain work order register

Liaise with Project Managers regarding any queries

**Other**

Assist with audit queries

Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Closing date: 16th of June 2025**

**Hybrid working enviroment.**

Job Requirements

**Requirements**:
Must be familiar with Pastel Partner.

At least 3 years experience in a similar role.

Knowledge and skills of MS Office.

Have sound organizational and accuracy skills.

Must be attentive to detail.

Good communication skills.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
