**Description**:
The Product Manager: Cloud is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the SYSPRO Cloud ERP offering. The Product Manager - Cloud will be responsible for improving the current SYSPRO Cloud ERP offering and the customer User Experience of all SYSPRO Cloud ERP related systems and capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically and tactically manage the SYSPRO Cloud ERP offering across its full lifecycle, from the Conceive to Retire Phase;
- Develop and maintain the External Product strategy for the Cloud ERP offering;
- Undertake an analysis of the Cloud ERP offering and ensure that the SYSPRO Cloud ERP offering is competitive in the marketplace. This will require a prioritized roll-out of the improvements;
- Complete the development of the SYSPRO Cloud ERP offering, and continuously add capability based upon the market requirements;
- Lead a team of specialists to ensure that the offering achieves the objectives;
- Identify ways to add value to the end user by developing or improving internal processes that directly affect the customer using the offering;
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve the commercialization of the offering;
- Be able to understand the “big picture” based upon industry expertise and convert it into a series of tasks that will deliver the required output;
- Support Product Operations and the Go-To-Market Process to improve product adoption;
- Support Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing as the SME;
- Help educate both internal and external stakeholders on our Cloud ERP capabilities, the value propositions, and the benefits;
- Assist with the development of Sales Enablement Content by the sales organization based upon industry experience;
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product;
- Create Thought Leadership articles to support the SYSPRO Product Specialization narrative.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Recognized Degree in manufacturing/industry relevant
- Business degree (i.e. MBA)
- Product management certification, or studying towards
- Product Management experience
- Minimum 10 years industry experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior Cloud role;
