**Job Overview**:
Hard Core Security and Investigation Services requires a proactive and detail-oriented office clerk to join our team. This individual will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing front-desk duties, handling stock control, assisting with account follow-ups, managing professional communications, and supporting ongoing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming manner.
- Maintain an accurate visitors register.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

**Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Track and report on inventory levels and usage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment and/or supplies.

**Accounts Follow-Up**:

- Assist and maintain updated client information when following up on outstanding invoices.

**Communication Management**:
**Support Duties**:

- Organise and maintain filing systems, photocopying, etc.
- Track important monthly deadlines and communicate with operations team.
- Assist operational team with any duties required.

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent and any other relevant certification.
- PSIRA grade would be advantageous but not compulsory
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (preferred)
