**Infrastructure and Engineering Specialist - 6 Months**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessment of existing infrastructure (roads, water, sanitation, electricity, solid waste, stormwater, broadband, etc.).
- Map infrastructure backlogs and pressure points using existing municipal data.
- Align SDF proposals with realistic infrastructure investment planning.
- Provide phasing strategies for infrastructure upgrades linked to future growth nodes and development corridors.
- Liaise with relevant departments and parastatals on infrastructure inputs and coordination.
- Recommend infrastructure standards for new developments in line with SPLUMA principles.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Urban Infrastructure, or Municipal Engineering.

**Experience**
- Minimum 7 years in municipal infrastructure assessment and planning.
- At least 2 completed infrastructure components for SDF or Municipal Infrastructure Investment Framework (MIIF) projects.
- Familiarity with IDMS, MIG, ISDFs, and related tools.

**Registration**:

- Registered with ECSA (Pr. Eng or Pr. Tech Eng)

**Job Type**: Temporary

License/Certification:
