Personal Finance Operator

Main Purposes of the job: To **promote Cash Converter’s Personal Finance products and achieve sales targets, while adhering to the Qualification and Lending Policy.** To assess the customers' affordability as per the NCR (National Credit Regulator) and provide excellent customer service
- Key Responsibilities/ Outcomes People Continuously **develop yourself to improve knowledge and skills relevant to the role including participation in Cash Converters training/development to** understand that the customer is key to the success of the business and should always be treated with empathy and respect
**To increase volume of transactions by providing excellent customer service both face to face and on the telephone**:To take ownership of customer’s problems and provide a solution
**Customer complaints and queries are handled in a professional manner so that company standards and customer expectations are met Profitability**: To develop, implement and monitor effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers and develop effective ways to stimulate growth and maintain profitability
**To ensure targets are met through retaining existing customers, attracting new customers and following the Golden Rules Role specific**: To manage PFC queue effectively
**To be constantly aware of compliance and responsible lending practices to ensure that the business conducts itself within current legislation.** Print and explain the PDA and loan agreement with customer every time
**To work in accordance with the POPI Act Brand Values**: Communicate with the team
**Communicate with key stakeholders**: Communicate with management
**Demonstrate passion in the position**: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
**Collaborate well across departments** Collaborate well within the team

**Be a values champion by demonstrating the appropriate behaviours and skills** Be aware of store security and follow Cash Converters security procedures
**To be responsible for your own health & safety and that of your colleagues, in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety law(s)** You will be expected to carry out duties in line with Cash Converters policies, procedures and relevant legislation. You will be notified of this in your appointment letter, contract of employment, induction, ongoing performance management and development through Cash Converters communication
- Qualifications, Matric
- Relevant experience 1 year' experience in finance or similar field and marketing
- Basic mathematics and calculating
*Basic knowledge of credit bureau and credit reports
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
