Tracker’s Sales department in our Polokwane office requires a Multiskilled Sales Consultant to promote TRACKER and to achieve sales targets. TRACKER requires a self-starter with an outgoing personality who can communicate confidently on all levels. As this position involves travelling, a valid Driver’s Licence is essential. The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase sales volumes from the Insurance Broker and Motor Dealerships distribution channel.

**Job description**:

- Canvass new business and service existing business from Insurance Brokers and Motor Dealers to Increase Sales. (Supporting and Non-Supporting Dealers and Brokers)
- Provide policy/product information.
- Attend to necessary administration / queries / follow ups.
- Achieve set monthly and yearly targets set by management.
- Provide client service to both existing and prospective clients.
- Building Relationships with Relevant Staff from Motor Dealer and Insurance Brokers.
- Ensure all Audits are done and submitted from Dealers every Month.
- Ensure Comm Claims are finalized every month for Brokers, Dealers and Fitment Centres.
- Ensure Training is done on a regular basis for all relevant staff from Dealers, FC’s and Brokers.
- Stay up to date with all new communications, Policies and Procedures within the Insurance and Motor Industry.
- Complete necessary report.
- Attend after hour functions as and when required.

**Minimum requirements**:

- BCommerce or Marketing degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in the insurance or automotive industry
- MS Office proficiency
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Negotiating and sales skills.
- A self-starter.
- Ability to work under pressure.
