**Job Summary**
- Ensuring high quality products are woven at all times.

**Job Requirements**
- Preference will be given to previously disadvantage people.
- Physically fit and healthy.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- +/- 2 years machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**, include but are not limited to the following:

- Efficiently operating the weaving machines.
- Ensuring high level of quality products.
- Fault identification and quality reporting.
- Performing general housekeeping.
- Compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Assisting the Weaver Operator where possible and with other related tasks of the department.

**Behavioural Aspects Required**
- Deadline driven and the ability to work under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills (teamwork, conflict resolution).
- Communication at all levels (verbal, written, listening).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R41.38 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operating: 2 years (required)

- Day Shift (preferred)
