MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous

Previous experience with cattle & cropping (all aspects)

Min of 2 previous years of cropping experience maize, soya & dry beans.

experience in a cattle position (overall animal health, moving of camps, weed and pest control, farm maintenance -mechanical, roads, and fencing)

Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment

Maintenance and mechanically oriented

Ability to lead and work with a team
- motivate, train and work with staff

Maintenance orientated

Computer literate

Strong communication skills

Must be able to speak Zulu

Be prepared to work overtime

Someone who can take initiative, must be a problem solver and self-motivated

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greytown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
