**What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like**:
You will identify potential risks within the Dialler & CRM space and set up controls to mitigate against any identified risk. You will support activities to simplify and automate controls to drive efficiency within the department. You will review control outputs daily and investigate any defects identified. You will do monthly outcome testing and auditing against regulatory requirements that impact my department.

You will document the results and provide analysis around my findings. You understand the clients’ requirements and proactively work with other departments around the business to put controls in place to ensure those requirements are achieved. You are able to recognize this and perform root cause analysis to understand the reasons for things not going quite right and feed this back to my wider team.

You will complete monthly quality checks ensuring internal processes have been followed accurately and provide analysis of results along with any trends / findings identified. You are very familiar with understanding key drivers for how a dialler performs and I can articulate the reasons behind performance. You are also able to adapt to change and you are a passionate team player and a confident communicator.

**Requirements**:

- ** You have advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills through interpreting data, and adopting practical approaches in your everyday life**:

- ** You have a solid and extensive understanding of the OFCOM regulations.**:

- ** You have an excellent Dialler background/experience**:

- You can articulate information excellently & embrace change
- You take on a proactive approach to driving various outputs
- You have experience working as a dialler administrator or working with dialler data.
- You are a logical and analytical thinker who is able to problem solve and write clear specifications for new work requests.
- You have strong written and communication skills and you are able to manage key stakeholder expectations.
- You have amazing attention to detail, producing accurate output in a timely manner.
