Supervising procurement of Raw Material, maintenance spares, bought out items and consumables at the company plant in accordance to the company Procurement policy.

**Requirements**:

- BE/ B Tech Engineer
- MBA (Desired)
- 6-7 Years experience in Procurement division in a similar industry.
- Diploma with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience will also be fine

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic:

- Overall planning of Raw materials to avoid stock outs and minimize the stocks.
- Working with the plant and PMGs to develop annual budgeting plans.
- Review and revise the policies related to procurement on periodical basis and put up for management approval.

Operational:
- Reviewing all the open requisitions and act upon closure of all within a said time line.
- Reviewing all the purchase decisions made by the team before placement of the purchase orders.
- Monitoring the delivery compliance of the ordered material so as the required materials are in plant as and when required.
- Entering long term rate contracts for regular procurement materials.
- Train and mentor the team members to take up new responsibilities.

Financial:

- Negotiate all the purchase decisions and reduce the total out flow to minimum on TCO basis.
- Work with finance team and reduce the cash out flow.
- Work with the PMG to liquidate the non moving inventory in accordance to the product requirement.
