**Job requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience with B-Tech Quality Management / Packaging Technology or Similar
- Knowledge of Part & Process Control Development and PPAP
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of Packaging Materials would be an advantage.
- Ability to work on MS office
- Report writing
- Good at problem solving
- Good communication skills
- Logical record-keeping
- Good time management
- Must be self-disciplined and be able to work alone

**Job responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the inspection and approval of incoming packaging materials such as pouches, cartridges, bottles, caps and boxes.
- The person will also conduct inline Production Process and QC audits.
- Gauge R&R Studies
- Conducting, Documentation and SPC for Incoming QC
- In-process QC
- Coordinate Product Deviation Process
- Non-conformance Investigation, Reporting and Analysis
- Document and update inspection results
- PPM on all measuring equipment and small process scales
- Conduct process audits
