Marketing Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

- Oversee marketing campaigns
- Develop & implement marketing strategies
- Ability to do market research
- Analyze consumer behaviour
- Analyse data to determine success of marketing efforts
- Brand Management - Maintaining and improving brand image ensuring consistency in message
- Manage and co-ordinate marketing & creative team
- Co-ordinate & collaborate with sales team
- Prepare and monitor marketing budget
- Solid knowledge of website analytical tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Report on performance
- Good eye for design and aesthetics
- Working with product development to guide direction of products based on market research
- Advertising and promotion - overseeing over-seeing advertising campaigns including digital marketing, print and media
- Developing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Min 8 - 10 years relevant experience
- Minimum National Diploma or any Formal qualifications in Marketing will be advantageous
- Proven track record of delivering Sales revenue via various methods
- **Experienced in SWOT, various marketing channel strategies, digital and social media, PR, events, manage staff, key accounts, new business development**:

- Experience of proposal writing and presentations with excellent written communication
- Strong commercial skill including analyzing turnover, profit margins
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Sales pipeline management
- Some knowledge of prospects, customers and market dynamics within the Hair and Beauty sector a distinct advantage
- Willingness to travel - ad hoc
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiating Skills.
- Proven track record ( must provide reference of work)
- Must have retail & trade experience

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
