This dynamic Energy Solutions company is seeking a professional, highly skilled, and self-motivated individual to join their team. A strong background in customer engagement and operations management in the renewable energy sector is required.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Background and in-depth technical understanding of the renewable energy sector
- Minimum 3-5 years Operations Management experience (HR/IR/Training/Development)
- Experience in management of Health & Safety processes
- Proven track record in Customer Engagement and Operations Management processes
- Fully Computer Literate (MS Excel Intermediate to Advanced)
- Proficient in English (Verbal & Written) and at least 1 other South African Language
- Own car and valid drivers licence

**Key Performance Areas will entail (but not be limited to)**:

- Manage and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices, ensuring these practices promote future growth
- Examine all project financial data to improve profitability in project management
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Ensure the organizations processes remain legally compliant (including health and safety requirements)
- Responsible for the overall management and training of staff. Inherent in this function is the requirement to take disciplinary action where needed, manage poor performance, as well as lead by example and motivate the operations staff
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Setup and implementation of career development plans for staff
- Formulate and implement plans to increase quality of customer service across all functions
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Provide operational support to Project Management and Key Accounts as required
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency in conjunction with project management
