**Description**:
The role will be fully office-based for the first three months to support a smooth onboarding process, with the option to transition to a hybrid working arrangement thereafter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of growing businesses, involving reviewing various assignments and giving advice to clients where required.
- Management of individual clients to ensure the various deadlines are achieved in a timely manner
- Attending client meetings when required
- Assisting the Client Service Director with raising fee notes and management of work-in-progress
- Support Client Service Director and Partner in one-off project-based assignments
- Motivate, train, and develop Trainees, Seniors and other colleagues as appropriate including some line management responsibilities

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Keen to progress your career within a forward-thinking accountancy firm
- SAIPA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience gained in an accountancy practice
- A knowledge of various software packages including cloud-based packages
- Ambitious and passionate about what you do and have strong communication and team working skills
- Experience in developing other members of your team
- Organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Some line management experience would be desirable
