As a Sales Agent, you’ll be the **first point of contact** for customers who have applied online. You’ll handle **hot inbound and outbound leads**, explain our services, qualify claims, and close sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers who have enquired online about our services.
- Build rapport quickly and explain how we can help.
- Qualify leads and close sales confidently.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team targets.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in **sales, telesales, or call centre work** (UK or offshore).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Motivated by targets and commission.
- A positive, professional, and resilient attitude.

Full training will be provided.

This job role requires you to have access to a laptop/computer, a usb headset with a mic and a stable network connection
