**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Oracle EPM consulting services to clients
- Advise clients on finance transformation, process improvement and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource and budget allocation
- Lead workshops, training sessions and other client meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Understand and utilize industry leading practices and standards
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and/or consulting
- Experience with FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close) is essential
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and practices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in project management, consulting and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
