**Job Overview**:
US Company requires a South African to work from home, 8 hours per day.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, Youtube.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and authentic brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

**Google Ads and Analytics**:

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Utilize Google Analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance lead generation efforts.

**Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for target or niche markets.
- Analyze keywords and audience insights to optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation.
- Retargeting, lost connections for old Leads.

**Lead Management**
- Create relevant tags in CRM software.
- Data tracking over all social media pages.
- Data tracking is required from the landing page to the final conversion, to establish effectiveness of each campaign.

**Content Creation**:

- Create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms, emphasizing brand messaging and engagement.
- Design and implement landing pages to capture leads and facilitate conversion.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Prepare regular reports on social media and digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years track record experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, and various social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management tools.
