Transportation

Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Previous sales experience (advantageous)

Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing/Sales/Real Estate (advantageous, but not required)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your role will include:
Leading a team

Assisting with landlord and tenant requests

Managing outdoor marketing strategies

Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy

Business Development Management/Sales

Conducting property valuations and brokering sales in conjunction with a senior broker

Orchestrating and executing property viewings

Maintaining knowledge of inventory on the market

Keeping abreast of the latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies
