**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients on behalf of the team.
- Capture briefs from client, team, and management to ensure effective communicate to respective departments within Lumico.
- Set up and manage relevant project management tasks following approved formats to convey all the relevant brief information for a project.
- Strong administrative skills to plan, coordinate and oversee company projects in conjunction with management.
- Effectively use internal company platforms to ensure clear feedback loop between team members and management.
- Actively monitor team projects and measure executions against identified objectives.
- Execute contingency plans to mitigate risk.
- Monitor the allocated budget and scope of work, and flag potential issues with management.
- Driving business growth while maintaining retainer clients.
- Manage the communication between the team and the client.
- Prepare and deliver status reports to the client, if needed.
- Assist the team in delivering feedback reports on the completion of a project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in project management, business, or a related field
- 2-3 Years of previous project management experience, specifically in the **Agency** environment
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s licence
