**Minimum Requirements**:

- Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles and a portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, and marketing
- Ability to prioritize projects, multitask, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience working in the advertising, marketing, or creative industry is a must have
