Debt Counsellors/ Financial Consultants

**Debt Counsellors/ Financial Consultants will qualify potential clients and consult with all clients who meet our criteria for either debt counselling or debt management and credit monitoring.**

**Leads are provided and debt counsellors are also encouraged to proactively acquire their own business.**

**Debt Counsellors are to maintain relationships and partnerships with all required stakeholders, as this has a direct impact on both their commission and annuity book.**

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Hardware**
- **Passed the debt counselling course id compulsory**
- **Matric / Grade 12 is compulsory**
- **2+ years experience in debt counselling is compulsory**
- **3+ years in Outbound sales preferred**
- **Any business related qualification would be an advantage**
- **Experience in a financial services sales role would be an advantage**
- **Own computer and smart cellphone is compulsory**

- **Is an active listener, good communicator and is able to write well in english.**
- **Is an almost perfectionist with a high level of attention to detail**
- **Strong computer literacy**

**Job Types: Remote, Full-time, Part-time**

**Salary: Commission Based - 30% per sale (minimum R600/ maximum R2700) for leads provided by business and 50% per sale (minimum R1000/ maximum R4500) and 10% monthly annuity on active aftercare book value.**

**Working Hours: Mon - Friday 8am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 1pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: R750.00 - R35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Debt Counselling Certificate (preferred)
