- 7+ years of HR-related experience with a solid understanding of workplace, human resourcing and retention trends
- Experience within the software development industry and working with software delivery teams (Essential)
- Experience in Organisational Design
- Solid knowledge of labour law legislation
- Experience in leading Human Resources teams through the entire employee life cycle (i.e. Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Retention, Development, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
