**Job Purpose**
- The purpose of the role is to own the thought leadership and management of the pricing and billing systems for Transactional Banking, within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business. This includes the annual pricing and billing of transactional products within the department.**Responsibilities**:

- Take product ownership and responsibility of the pricing and billing systems within the Transactional Banking division
- Drive the strategy formulation and future state view of the pricing and billing capability inline with current and future business needs
- Be a key member of the initiatives currently underway to build and execute on a new pricing and billing environment, in-line with the group’s strategy
- Take charge of and execute on the annual pricing review and update process for the products residing on pricing systems
- Be the key pricing and billing systems owner on key group wide projects related to pricing and billing systems
- Ensuring product system health and governance of the portfolio
- Continuously look at enhancing the pricing and billing approach within the department through various initiatives and projects
- Understanding of pricing and billing approaches within a complex environment including complex B2B, client-centric pricing in a multi-product, matrix-structured, organisation.
- Implement best practice costing and pricing practices within a large, complex organisation
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems
- Essential Certifications- Industry/ Product specific
- Minimum Experience Level- 3-5 years in a product or service development role
- At least 3 years in a systems driven and data rich environment
- At least 3 years working in a matrix environment
- At least 3 years in financial services, preferably in the B2B environment
