**Outcomes**
- Formulate and execute a Sales plan
- Successfully convert Sales leads to business
- Manage your customer portfolio to build solid relationships with opportunities for growth of business.

**Duties & Responsibility Span** (but are not limited to):..
- Relationship building
- Be a Team Player
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the Client’s industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and position the company's products effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, staying informed about industry trends and advising clients on how to leverage business solutions to achieve their business objectives.
- Have a continuous “Self development” mentality by staying abreast of latest sales methodologies and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback from the field to contribute to the improvement of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools and abiding by the organisations Sales process.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the B2B industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Ability to travel to potential clients
