Online Sales Consultant - Furniture and Appliances

We currently have an exciting position available at our Online Department for an Online Sales Consultant.
- Assisting queries from online customers via our Zendesk Chat platform on our website.
- Placing orders and liaising with the warehouses and branches regarding availability and delivery of stocks.
- Liaising with salesperson in the branches regarding the orders and contacting the customers.
- Drawing up quotations and invoices.
- Liaising with the buyers to ensure pricing and item descriptions are correct.
- Updating item descriptions and pricing when needed.
- Keeping track of online orders.
- Sending monthly reports.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in sales.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Google-Drive.
- Basic understanding and experience of websites and the back-end operations of a website.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must have excellent administrative skills.
- The ability to track the progress of various orders.
- Must be able to identify possible problems and how to solve them.
- Excellent communication skills.
