**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring that schedules and tasks are on track.
- Diary Management - setting-up appointments, and bookings for photography sessions and other studio-related activities.
- Coordinate the team of photographers, crew members, and freelancers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage the operation of the photography lab.
- Oversee inventory and stock levels and ensure efficient stock control for photography equipment and materials.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
- Determining quality control standards.
- Overseeing project production processes.
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Supervising the work of junior employees.
- Organising relevant training sessions for internal employees.

- 2- 5 year's production experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and other computer systems
- Knowledge of photographic lab equipment
- Familiarity with different production and logistics techniques and time management
- Valid Driver's License and own car
